The orders and contracts sections allow you to insert Grain Movement Orders, and Purchase and Sales contracts. These are similar to the Packing Instructions in the way that they are linked to various tickets once the load is received, or outloaded – and will track how much has been delivered against each one.
Contracts can be printed out and signed, and sent to the seller or buyer.
Contracts are designed for purchase and sales (domestic) of your own Grain, as opposed to Orders which are used for the tracking of other clients orders or contracts. (ie, other clients that you may be receiving grain on behalf on if you pack or warehouse for them).
If you are only packing on behalf of others, and you do not purchase grain yourself, then you will most likely only be interested in the Orders and Packing Instruction Sections.
